Fractional strategy, intelligence, and corporate development services
– for a fraction of the cost of a full-time hire.
– for a fraction of the cost of a full-time hire.
Decision-grade competitive and market intelligence. We produce intelligence products tied to the decisions you actually face — competitor profiles and battlecards, market sizing, win/loss analysis, ongoing monitoring, and other KIT/KIQs — so you're acting on evidence, not adjectives.
Best for companies facing a live competitive threat, a pricing decision, product development uncertainty, or a market-entry question.
Find and capture organic growth. We diagnose where your revenue and margin opportunity really sits — grounded in your own financials, customers, and market — then build a prioritized set of initiatives, each with an owner, a target, and a business case, and stand up the governance to execute it.
Best for companies pursuing growth, margin improvement, or market-share gains organically.
Strategy-led M&A, partnerships, and build-buy-license decisions. We pressure-test whether an inorganic path is the right one, then run the deal lifecycle — thesis, sourcing, screening, diligence, valuation, and 100-day integration — with the discipline to kill a bad deal cheaply.
Best for companies considering an acquisition, partnership, or major capability investment.
Project management and coordination. We act as your project lead or augment your existing team – when you have a specific strategic initiative or a one-off special project – to ensure execution.
Best for companies that have a non-recurring need and a full-time hire isn't warranted or in-house resources are limited.
A proven method, not improvisation. Every engagement follows a structured process built on the strategy, intelligence, and corporate development principles of leading institutions.
Evidence, then action. Recommendations come from your numbers and your customers — quantified, modeled, and stress-tested – so that plan is driven by evidence.
Efficient by design. A standardized, model-driven, and AI-bolstered approach delivers senior expertise at a fraction of the cost and time of a full-time hire or a big-firm engagement.
Fractional work
Recurring strategy, intelligence, and/or corp-dev expertise without a full-time hire.
Project-based
A defined objective with a fixed or milestone-based scope.
Hourly advisory or project support
As-required engagement on a single question or support for special projects.
